Geeta Oberoi PhD, PhD, LLM, LLB, BA is currently Director of the Institute for Judicial and Legal Studies in Mauritius. She received her PhDs from Delhi University and the University of Warwick. Her rich expertise in judicial training programs - in particular for judges - was acquired inter alia as additional director of the Maharashtra State Judicial Academy and as Principal of Lloyd Law College in Greater Noida (Delhi). Geeta Oberoi authored a wide range of publications on a variety of subjects, including alternative dispute resolution, judicial education and professionalisation and human rights.
